When you email or call us, we receive the details you choose to share: name, contact data, photographs of your home, and notes about botanical preferences. Contact forms opened via your mail client send content you type; we do not run a separate server-side form processor on this site.
We store a preference value in your browser under the localStorage key commonbloom_seville_bands_26 when you accept or decline the cookie notice. That value records only your choice, not browsing history.
How we use information
Project details are used to prepare proposals, schedule visits across Seville, and provide aftercare notes. We do not sell personal data. Suppliers receive only what is needed to fulfil plant or vessel orders you have approved.
Retention and your rights
Correspondence related to active or completed projects is kept as long as needed for service and accounting under Spanish law.
